Ugh. This app is for people who have years upon years of experience, not very helpful for people who have only had one job, nobody is going to bother looking at a resume with minimal skill set. I'm uninstalling this app because I don't stand a chance at getting a job, might as well move back home or kill myself. It's easy to use this but it doesn't help me at all.

Hi. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our app. However, you can filter jobs by experience level. If you click on the filter button, you can select "No Experience Required", which will filter out irrelevant job openings. I hope this information is helpful and that you might give us another chance. Have a great day!

Nice app, but seems to be not very useful for employers or there could be some software mistakes. I applied for over 100+ different jobs, just to test it and I have 0 responses. It's stay "waiting for response" for a while and than suddenly disappearing. No clue how it works?

Seems promising, but I can't create my profile. I've filled everything out, tap on the finish profile button and I get an error "Sign Up Failed! Invalid Token". Over 2 hours wasted.

Ultra Shine's partnership with the Kibbi app significantly simplifies our hiring process. Kibbi helps reduce the impact of one frequently encountered barrier within the hiring process: many applicants live too far away from job sites to reasonably commute and must refuse jobs with unsustainable commute distances.
